  • Hands on experience managing assets and maximizing value for a portfolio of more than 40 low-income housing tax credit properties with more than $215 million in invested equity

  • Reviewed financial reports and conducted extensive due diligence to evaluate operations, identify and proactively mitigate Investor risk
