Butch is an Executive Search professional with more than 15 years' experience in the identification and acquisition of top executive and management talent, the majority of which is specifically in the Multifamily Affordable Housing, Senior Housing and Tax Credit industries spanning across the country.  Butch has successfully led searches and made placements in Development, Finance, Operations, Asset and Property Management.  He has a passion for helping companies grow through advising on best hiring practices and effective organizational structures.

 

Butch joined the KM team in 2022 so that he could partner with a National Executive Search firm and team fully dedicated to the industries he has a passion for, Affordable and Senior Housing. Butch shares similar core values to the KM team’s high-quality approach to professional recruitment, and his addition to the team further solidifies KM as the leading National Executive Search firm in our practice areas.

 

With a particular interest and national experience working in the Affordable Housing Industry, Butch started and led the Affordable Housing Search practice at his previous recruitment agency, conducting over 150+ searches in a 10-year span across Development, Owner-Management, Lending, and Syndication.

 

For six years, before becoming a member of an executive search team, Butch held recruiting, training, and managerial roles of progressive responsibility for two of the largest recruiting firms in the country, including playing a pivotal role in launching local recruiting platforms for those national firms. He successfully led and completed search engagements in Technology, IT, Manufacturing, and Finance, among other industries.  Prior to his Executive Search work, he spent five years in Product Management and Sales.

 

Butch has a bachelor's degree in Marketing from Ferris State University in Michigan. During and after college, he was a top Tennis Teaching professional, having worked at several high-profile tennis clubs in New Jersey and Washington, D.C..
