The company has received numerous accolades for their projects and leadership, including as the most active Affordable Housing developer in their state and in the top 40 nationally.
  • Leadership has considerable experience in Affordable Housing development on an institutional and national scale
  • Strong organizational balance sheet with a high level of liquidity
  • Deep relationships with industry lenders, financial partners, tax credit equity investors as well as housing authorities, non-profits, and governmental agencies nationwide
  • Community-oriented developer with a people first approach and high level of integrity in doing the right thing and honoring their commitments to all stakeholders

Lead and own all aspects of your own projects while helping to provide hands on guidance to grow new team members through an internal mentorship-style training and development program. Qualified candidates will have proven track records successfully sourcing, originating, acquiring, financing, and developing their own Multifamily Affordable Housing projects from start to finish.
