Kelle joins KM Partners as Director of Executive Search and Professional Recruitment, after a tenured Sales career. She will lead searches and new business development for professionals and companies within the Affordable Housing space.

Kelle began her career in the Fashion industry, buying and selling for major brands. She developed strong negotiation skills, a consultative selling style, and a track record of high performance. This strong performance has continued throughout her career, consistently achieving Champion’s Club status in her previous role, as well as being promoted from Business Development Manager to Division Director. Kelle has an entrepreneurial spirit and brings that into her role at KM Partners.

This has built her personal brand of a consultative style of recruitment. She has a passion for helping people find their “Why” and utilizing her market experience and network to find their next opportunity.

Kelle has a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Norbert College. Kelle has two college-aged children and loves to travel.
