  • Develop an in-depth understanding of KM Partners’ value proposition and key differentiators

  • Research, source, identify and recruit high-quality, industry-specific professionals throughout the US

  • Cold-call, email, message through social media and win warm referrals for placement into direct-hire positions that pay above $80k per annum

  • Conduct meticulous introductory and prescreen conference phone calls to qualify candidates prior to moving forward with an in-person or video interview evaluation

  • Perform thorough and systematic in person and video interview evaluations in accordance with KM’s interview and evaluation methodology, policies and procedures with Form’s, Search Checklists, etc.

  • Obtain deal sheets, excel models, writing and other work samples from professional candidates for evaluation and potential submission to clients for searches our firm is engaged in

  • Conduct professional references and complete synopsis to report results to client

  • Create dynamic and well-written candidate profiles based on prescreen phone calls and video interview evaluations, work sample reviews, and references conducted

  • Successfully match candidates to client profiles while carefully considering all technical, interpersonal, experiential, tangible and intangible factors

  • Frequently attend industry-specific networking events and conferences

  • Actively network and continuously add connections on LinkedIn to expand your professional network

  • Obtain and use feedback to enhance customer relationships and continuously improve the quality of service, add value, and enhance the client experience

  • Attend weekly meetings and other responsibilities as designated by the Managing Partner

  • Meet and/or exceed the established goals for an Executive Search Consultant

  • Familiar with and use the various recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, Job Order Form, Candidate Interview Template and others during the recruiting and marketing aspects of the Executive Recruiter position


  • Meet minimum goals with incentive to hit stretch goal and beyond

  • Demonstrate effective telephone marketing and recruiting skills with strong ability to persuade and influence decision makers

  • Utilize technology tools effectively and ensure proper documentation of calls and activities in KM’s CRM as applicable 

  • Apply his/her skills to maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy thorough delivering quality work with meticulous attention to detail

  • Pick up on new technical and procedural knowledge quickly, apply new learning to become more effective at work, while seeking to continuously improve

  • Demonstrate a high degree of self-motivation and possesses a sense of urgency to achieve outcomes and exceed expectations

  • Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and approach to work

  • Demonstrate outstanding verbal, written communication skills, excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette

  • Demonstrate strong time management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively

  • Demonstrate strong computer proficiency with MS Windows - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Industry knowledge or subject matter expertise is a plus



  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience highly preferred

  • Proven record of success in recruiting
