We partner with clients to recruit and place industry-specific professionals across occupations, including C-level executives, middle management, and experienced associates throughout the United States.

Performance-based growth opportunity on a dynamic, and collaborative team with zero corporate bureaucracy. The Associate Executive Recruiter is responsible for proactively sourcing, recruiting, and placing high-quality industry-specific and thoroughly evaluated professionals with our client partners.
  • Research, source, identify, and cold-call high-quality, industry-specific professionals throughout the US
  • Conduct pre-screen phone calls and video interviews with qualified candidates
  • Conduct professional references and complete synopsis to report and submit results to the client
  • Create dynamic and well-written candidate profiles based on prescreening phone calls, video interview evaluations, work sample reviews, and references conducted
  • Successfully match candidates to client profiles while carefully considering all technical, interpersonal, experiential, tangible, and intangible factors
  • Obtain and use feedback to enhance customer relationships and continuously improve the quality of service, add value, and enhance the client experience
  • Become familiar with and use various recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, Zoom Info, our applicant tracking system, Bullhorn, as well as our internal forms and templates for interviewing
  • Actively network and continuously add connections on LinkedIn to expand your professional network


  • 1+ years of marketing, customer service, or sales experience preferred
  • Maturity to recruit career professionals – you love “the hunt”
  • A self-starter with a positive attitude, “people skills,” and a passion for engaging people in conversation
  • Experience using Outlook, LinkedIn, Microsoft Office & SharePoint, ATS or CRM Software, etc.
  • Comfortable communicating with senior, mid, and junior-level executives
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail
  • Demonstrate effective telephone marketing and the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers
  • Deliver quality work with attention to detail and a sense of urgency
  • Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and approach to work
  • Demonstrate outstanding verbal skills, written communication skills, excellent customer service skills, and phone etiquette
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is highly preferred
